Leigh Ann BuzyniskiLeigh Ann Buzyniski is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, where she served as Student Works Editor on the Alabama Law Review. Ms. Buzyniski has earned an AV Preeminent® peer review rating by Martindale-Hubbell, representing the highest rating of professional excellence.


Ms. Buzyniski’s primary area of practice is real estate law, including the acquisition and disposition of property, land use and zoning matters, development, financing, lien law, leasing, condominium law, structuring of private land-use restrictions and property owner associations, documentary and intangible tax issues, and ad valorem property tax matters.


Ms. Buzyniski also has significant experience representing governmental agencies in a variety of matters including real estate transactions, land use and zoning issues, facilities construction and management, condemnation matters, intergovernmental coordination, public-private partnerships, procurement and bid disputes, government in the sunshine law, sovereign immunity issues, gift law, conflict of interest for public officials, and Community Development District representation.
